Return Policy

All deliveries made and services carried out by Liebherr-Singapore Pte. Ltd and/or any of its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “LIEBHERR”) to any consumers or other end-customers (hereinafter referred to as “CONSUMER”) as well as all payments to be made to LIEBHERR in relation thereto shall be exclusively governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. A product may be returned at any time up to 7 calendar days from the day the product is delivered, subject to an administrative fee of S$50 or 5% of the value of the product (whichever is higher).

2. All returned products must be in the original packaging, un-used and in a re-saleable condition. We shall be at liberty to refuse a return in the event that the product is unpacked, damaged and or used.

3. A return request may be submitted either by phone through our Customer Service Hotline at 1800 248111 or Service Email at customercare.lsi@liebherr.com.

4. Upon acceptance of the return request, LIEBHERR will make a refund (less an administrative fee if applicable) within 30 days.

5. The CONSUMER acknowledges that the above re-stocking fee represents the costs incurred by LIEBHERR in accepting the returned Product/s. Please do note the costs of the initial delivery of the returned Product/s are not refundable.

6. Notwithstanding the above, it is in LIEBHERR’s discretion to offer CONSUMER a replacement or refund.
